Arrivals and Departures
For the comfort and safety of your pets it is important that they
are dropped off as early as possible so as they can familiarise
themselves with the kennel surroundings as well as allowing kennel
staff time to settle in our new guest so that they can enjoy their
holiday.
Food & Water
Animals fed once or twice daily depending upon the
feeding routine of each animal. Our regular kennel diet consists
of a top of the line dry food, mixed with either our own home made
stew, premium canned food or premium cooked meat roll.
We also have a selection of alternate foods to tempt those fussy
eaters or those with a delicate system and on consultation with
our staff we are happy to cater for any specific dietary requirement.
Fresh water is always available. We also offer a range of treats
to our guest when they are tucked-in each night..
Vaccinations
Boarding your pets is a shared responsibility. As the owner you
need to ensure that your pets are fully immunised before you bring
to the kennels, as well as free from internal and external parasites.
All Animals are required to have current Vaccinations
Dogs - C5
Cats - F4
Please remember to bring your pets vaccination certificates with
you on arrival as proof of current vaccinations must be produced
prior to your pet being admitted into our care.
Booster vaccinations are required annually and must be administered
14 days prior to admission into a kennel complex.
Unfortunately we are unable to admit animals without proof of current
vaccinations.
Veterinary
We have veterinary assistance available on call 24hr 7 days a week
if at any time your pet should need emergency or professional medical
attention during their stay with us.

Exercise
Dogs — Each kennel has its own covered outdoor
run area, however several times a day dogs are exercised on their
own or with their partners in a large area where they can run and
have a ball or toy thrown for them.
Cats — All of our feline guests are given playtime
each day where they are able to run, jump, climb and play.
It is important that all animals have this exercise time not only
to allow them greater activity and stimulation but to allow our
kennel staff to monitor the movement and health of each animal.
Bedding & Toys
Whilst we supply a range of toys, bedding and blankets
(plus coats for the cooler months) we are happy for you to bring
any blankets or other washable types of bedding and toys as it helps
your pets settle into the kennel environment.
Hygiene
The kennel units are cleaned and disinfected daily,
food and water bowls are also disinfected daily to assure there
is no change of disease or infection carried through the kennels.
All pets are moved to a dry area and to an outside run when kennels
are being hosed to keep pets dry at all times.
All pets staying with us receive a hydrobath on entry to ensure
that our kennels are flee and tick free. On departure they also
receive a hydrobath, and Long term visitors receive a baths regularly
during their stay.
